Everything below arrived through one of the four intake doors — exactly as sent, spelling mistakes and retries included. Each record's disposition shows what the rules did with it: create a new action, attach as evidence to an existing one, merge across sources, or drop a duplicate. The clean result is the action queue on the Command Review board.

Raw intake — as received
